We may suspend or ban accounts that violate these rules.

5. In-Game Purchases

5.1 Virtual Items

Fishing Frontier offers optional in-game purchases. These items:

• Have no real-world value
• Cannot be exchanged for cash
• Are licensed, not sold, to you
• May be modified or removed at our discretion

5.2 Payment Terms

• All purchases are final unless required by law
• Prices may change without notice
• You are responsible for all charges on your account
• Refunds are handled per platform policies (App Store, Google Play)

5.3 Parental Controls

Parents should review device settings to manage in-app purchases for minors.

6. User Content

You may create content within the game (usernames, messages, etc.). You:

• Keep ownership of your content
• Grant us a license to use, display, and share it within our services
• Are responsible for your content
• Must not post content that violates these terms or laws

We may remove content that violates our rules without notice.

7. Intellectual Property

Fishing Frontier and all related content are owned by vortexfib.com and racoonDigi. This includes:

• Game code and software
• Graphics, artwork, and designs
• Music and sound effects
• Trademarks and logos
• Text and documentation

You may not use our intellectual property without written permission.

8. Disclaimers

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, including:

• Warranties of merchantability

9. Limitation of Liability

12. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of British Columbia, Canada. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Vancouver, British Columbia.

If you are an EU resident, you retain your rights under EU consumer protection laws.

13. Dispute Resolution

Before filing a lawsuit, you agree to try to resolve disputes informally by contacting us. If we cannot resolve the issue within 30 days, either party may proceed with legal action.

14. Affiliate Disclosure
